Monday through Thursday from 8am to 5pm, closed for lunch from 12-1. We are ready to help with any minor illness or injury, X-rays, physicals, hydration therapy and more! 🩻🩺♥️

We will be checking refill requests from the pharmacy, patient portal inquiries and emails daily; but our phones will not be available seeing as we will not be in office. Due to state-wide flooding in Kentucky, we will be closed on Monday, April 7th. We will also be operating via telehealth for the remainder of the week after that, for the safety of our patients and staff. We will be contacting patients directly to either reschedule their appointments for a later date or to be moved to Telehealth where applicable. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us via the patient portal for the most prompt response times.
