we are excited to return to some in person workshops this year similarly formatted to previous sessions with the addition of yoga alliance continuing education should that be of interest. you do not have to be a yoga teacher to participate, just a genuine interest in the the trauma informed practices and care.

should this spark an interest in becoming a certified teacher, any investment in these sessions will be discounted from our next training!

our first session is january 10th and we look forward to being together in this way 🫶
