Maybe this is why my cats stalked me all night and I was up at 2 am?!? 😂😬😩

6 HOURS OF ENERGY GRIPPED THE SCHUMANN OVERNIGHT
This wasn’t a quick spike.

During the overnight hours of December 22, 2025, the Schumann Resonance stayed highly unsettled for more than six straight hours.

What stands out isn’t how strong it got — it’s how long it stayed there.

Instead of rising and then easing back like it normally does, the activity just held. The bands stayed lit. The background noise remained thick. Nothing really settled down.

That kind of long-lasting saturation isn’t something you see often, and when it happens, people tend to notice it in subtle ways:
• trouble sleeping
• feeling unusually wired or drained
• restless pets
• a general sense that the night felt “off”

No conclusions being drawn here — just paying attention to patterns when they don’t behave the way they usually do.

I have been following this clinican on LinkedIn and love his insight! Even though I am not a psychotherapist, I do see people daily and as an occupational therapist, I was trained to use therapeutic use of Self in sessions so it is relatable and pushes me to be introspective about my own healing journey as well as clien interactions.

48 HOURS OFF-LINE… THEN A 7-HOUR SURGE SLAMMED THE SCHUMANN

The Schumann Resonance has been off-line for the past 48 hours — completely dark.
Then today… it suddenly reappeared with a MASSIVE long-duration disturbance.

For 7 straight hours, the chart lit up with:

• Vertical spikes
• Horizontal banding
• Full-spectrum whiteout
• And continuing flux right now

This wasn’t a soft reboot — this was a JOLT.

The system is still unstable, still fluctuating, and whatever moved through the field during that blackout had some serious strength behind it.

Another day of intense energy!! Dang it’s been a week! Getting back to daily practice has helped keep me grounded. I still FEEL it though…. Lots of long slow deep breath getting me through these days. 💕
