What an unforgettable day! 🤩📺

A group from our day training program got the amazing opportunity to visit our local news station, 14WFIE! We went behind the scenes, met the anchors, and learned how the magic of the news really happens.

So much fun, so many smiles, and memories we’ll be talking about for a long time. Huge thank you to 14WFIE for making this experience so special! 💙

We are hiring for our RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM!!!

Currently hiring for ONE POSITION!

Monday-Friday 3:30p-11:30p

START DATE WILL BE FEBRUARY 2!

This position is for a caregiver in our female staffed residence. Job responsibilities include: providing direct care to the females that reside in this home, including bathing, helping with toileting, preparing dinner, and light cleaning (laundry, dishes, etc).

This morning, our hearts are heavy as we share that our client—but more importantly, our loved one—Steven passed away.

Steven loved being with his friends and family. He was grumpy, funny, ornery, and unapologetically himself. He had a way of making us laugh, keeping us on our toes, and reminding us what unconditional love looks like.

Steven was truly an amazing person and so deeply loved. He will always hold a special place in our hearts, and his presence will be missed more than words can say. 🤍

Please keep Steven’s family, friends, and all who loved him in your thoughts and prayers.

Today we’re kicking things off with our client Christmas party and a sweet surprise — a pancake breakfast to start the morning off right 🥞💛

Tomorrow we’ll slow things down and soak in the season with Christmas movies, crafts, and lots of festive fun, before we close for the rest of the week to enjoy the holiday with loved ones.

We’re so grateful for our amazing clients and the joy they bring to our community. Wishing everyone a cozy, happy, and magical Christmas season! 🎅🎁

Today was all about connection, joy, and celebrating together ❤️🎄
We had the best time at our staff Christmas party, and we loved being able to welcome our clients and our families to celebrate with us too. From lots of laughter and great company to a very special visit from Santa 🎅, it was a reminder of what makes our community so special.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so meaningful. Moments like these are what the season — and our work — are all about. ✨

🕒 Schedule:
• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
• Fridays: Meetings/trainings scheduled periodically

💲 Pay: $30/hour
📄 Position Type: 1099 Contractor (no benefits)

⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years DSP experience
• 2+ years working with individuals with disabilities
• Knowledge of person-centered practices
• Previous leadership or lead staff experience
