Hi y’all- Owensboro Family Wellness/OFW family and friends, it is with a heavy heart that we have decided to close the medical practice as of December 4, 2023 operating as normal for next 30 days. We’ve had a great run, we’ve taken care of so many during their time of need, and now we need to step away. If you are needing medical records sent to a new Primary Care Physician or just for your records, please contact the office and we will gather them for you. Please allow up to 15 business days to get them ready.
We will be referring patients to practitioners we trust with your healthcare: Jennifer Knight, APRN at Higdon Therapeutics (270-302-6520), as well as providers at Vineyard Primary Care (270-240-2305). When Danny joins another facility and starts in person visits again he would love to see you.
Danny will continue to be doing Telehealths that can be booked at www.Ofwellness.as.me.
Donna will still be offering massages, and Dr. Jesica Mills will be available for consults.
Owensboro Family Pharmacy is open for business as usual and is not part of Owensboro Family Wellness.
It’s been a pleasure taking care of you and building relationships with you all throughout these years, we appreciate and will miss you all. ❤️
