Chautauqua Health and Rehabilitation offers short term skilled nursing and rehabilitation, in addition to long term intermediate care. Chautauqua Health and Rehab is also home to Affinity for HER, a 30-bed secure Memory Care Unit.

What a fun day!

Our residents and staff had an amazing day outside, we beat the heat with some water balloons and water gun fights. And ended the war with some snow cones from Kona ice truck!
