Whether she’s keeping things running safely, cheering on our graduates, or delivering the latest “now you know" updates, Lori brings warmth, humor, and energy wherever she goes.

TrueNorth Treatment Center is seeking a compassionate, trauma-informed clinician to lead therapeutic groups for children and adolescents navigating substance use and mental health challenges.

This position includes in-person and telehealth facilitation, teamwork within a supportive, mission-driven environment, and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in young lives.

📍 Location: Owensboro office
⏰ Schedule: Part-Time (with potential to grow Full-Time)
🎓 Requirements: Active KY license (LPCA, LPCC, CSW, or LCSW); experience with youth preferred; must be comfortable providing services via telehealth.

Last but not least....October Employee of the Month: Alicia!

Alicia has been with TrueNorth since the beginning, learning, growing, and always finding new ways to make an impact.

She’s transitioned from her role as Administrative Coordinator and doer of all things to now stepping into a new chapter as a Counselor and Group Leader, putting her degree (and her heart) to work in a whole new way.

On top of that, she’s continuing her education and showing what growth in action really looks like. We’re so proud of the dedication, passion, and persistence Alicia brings to TrueNorth every single day.

October Employee of the Month ...next up is Erica!

Erica wears a lot of hats: Targeted Case Manager, Alumni Coordinator, and full-time problem-solver.

She notices when clients need something scheduled, followed up on, or supported, and she always makes sure exit interviews and graduations get the attention they deserve.

Erica goes out of her way for clients every single day, bringing heart, organization, and hustle to everything she does. We’re so lucky to have her on the TrueNorth team!

🚨MVP Alert: Blake is first up for Employee of the Month for October!

Our Development Coordinator has been on absolute fire! 🔥

Between the jail, community meetings, provider collaborations, orientations, and enough events to fill a calendar twice over — Blake’s been everywhere, doing everything, and making it all look easy.

Now she’s tackling the massive project of keeping staff personnel files organized and up to date, which is no small feat!

You’re unstoppable, Blake! Thanks for keeping TrueNorth growing, glowing, and organized!
