April Edition-->Take 2

This month, we’re also celebrating someone who helps turn uncertainty into clarity and first steps into something solid… Nikki 💙

As our Intake Coordinator and Certified Peer Support Specialist, Nikki steps in right after that initial intake and meets clients where they are. She walks them through guidelines, breaks down the program, and helps everything start to make sense in a moment that can feel overwhelming.

She has a way of taking all the unknowns and turning them into something manageable, supportive, and real.

Nikki brings a calm, grounded presence that helps people feel comfortable, informed, and ready to move forward. She listens, she connects, and she makes sure no one feels lost in the process.

Behind the scenes, she’s just as impactful jumping in to support the team, keeping things moving, and showing up with consistency, compassion, and heart every single day.

She’s a steady voice, a safe space, and a huge part of what makes TrueNorth feel like TrueNorth.
