As a reminder to everyone. Our current hours are Monday - Thursday from 9AM to 6 PM. We take lunch from 12:30 - 2. On Friday we work from 9AM to 3PM with no break for lunch.

Don't wait for lightning bolts to shoot out of your back before you get in for an adjustment! Seriously though a little maintenance goes a long way to prevent severe flare ups. Make sure you get in regularly to continue feeling as well as possible.
