We get a lot of questions about the proper sleep position. Unfortunately, for a lot of you that IS NOT on your stomach (or any of the positions in this picture). On your side with a pillow between your legs or on your back are the best positions to sleep.

If you have any questions, make sure you ask us on your next visit.

Our office is looking for a part time insurance person to work the end of the week. The hours would be Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM. We have a listing on indeed for the job or if you know someone who may be interested they can drop off an application at our office in person.
