We want to send a huge THANK YOU to Merritt Bates Thomas of the Daviess County Diabetes Coalition for collaborating with us to teach the "Seasonal Recipes with a Healthy Twist" program yesterday. This free educational program was offered twice, 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. All of the recipes that Merritt demonstrated were crowd-pleasers. Thanks again, Merritt!

Check out this Diabetes Prevention Program opportunity!

The Diabetes Prevention Program will help you change your life!

If you are 18 years or older, have a BMI of 25 or greater, and are at high risk for developing Type 2 diabetes or have been diagnosed with prediabetes, the Diabetes Prevention Program is designed especially for you!

Each DPP workshop is a series of 16 weekly sessions, followed by maintenance sessions for one year. Our trained lifestyle coaches serve as session facilitators who will help you learn healthy habits.

The next workshop begins August 9th and sessions are presented via Zoom on Wednesdays at noon EDT. Call 859.336.7741 for more information and to register.

Join us this Thursday for a special Taste of the Market event! ⭐️ Daviess County Diabetes Coalition will join us for Prevent Type 2 Diabetes in 2022 and will have the diabetes Risk Test available at the Market.
