This will be a much needed resource in the community and it is exciting to see the progress. Caleb Potter is a leading expert in grief that I refer to often.

When Caleb Potter began his role as bereavement coordinator at HPC – Hospice & Palliative Care of Western Kentucky, he found his caseload included people outside the organization’s typical clientele.

If you are on Medicaid you will need to start renewing every year. Let us know if if you need help with this. If you receive case management with us Holly will be working on this with families and individuals!

Parents: keep your kids covered! Annual renewals have returned in KY, so now many kids will need to renew their Medicaid to stay covered.
