Hello everyone,

After careful consideration, Kentucky Health and Wellness has made the challenging decision to close three of its office locations: Morgantown, Leitchfield, and Owensboro.
The closures are as follows:
Morgantown will close on February 6th
Leitchfield and Owensboro will close on February 13th.
All patients at these offices will be recieving a call, text and email regarding the closures. We encourage everyone to transfer their care to one of our remaining office locations!


Our remaining offices in Lewisport and Hardinsburg will stay open.
Monday-Friday 8 am - 4 pm for urgent care, women’s health, behavorial health and primary care services.

Owensboro, Lewisport, Hardinsburg, Leitchfield and Morgantown will be open as usual tomorrow 8-4!

We have decided with recent changes to only operate Monday-Friday. Saturdays at Owensboro have been discontinued.
