Reminder WE HAVE MOVED ‼️ Now located at
📍3333 Frederica Street Suite 8 in Steele Square

We are nestled in between Malone Staffing and H&R Block on the end of the building. We have plenty of parking but you may have to park in the bigger section of the parking lot due to other businesses being busy at certain times of the day. Please make sure to arrive in enough time to park and get into the studio to set up on time. Once class starts the door does lock. We understand life happens and you run late or stuff comes up if you are running late send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you have any questions please send us a message! We feel so grateful to see everyone in the new space and all the new people we have had in class. We are looking forward to all the newbies we will meet in the future because of this expansion.

NEW SET & FLOW tonight for Hot Sculpt!

Hot sculpt is a blend of Pilates & Hot Yoga we blend weights, bands, Pilates balls, and more to give you strength and ease all in one class and ending with a cold lavender towel for savasana. We still have a couple spots open for tonight.

We offer classes all day ranging from Hot Yoga in the early mornings to lunch time non-heated classes, night time sculpt classes, to Kundalini, Sound Baths, and Meditations. Whatever you are looking for on your healing journey we have it.
$20 to take class or $60 a month for unlimited classes
