Meet Leigh Chapman, Clinical Director of our Owensboro location.

Leigh started her career as an RBT and worked her way to becoming a BCBA, Senior BCBA, and Subject Matter Expert with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board. All of it has been driven by a commitment to ethical, compassionate care. She is especially passionate about helping children develop self-advocacy and bodily autonomy, and that dedication shows in everything she does.

It’s hard to believe that just one year ago, we were completing the very first intake assessment for our first Owensboro client.

In less than a year, our clinic has grown into a thriving, compassionate, and dedicated team serving incredible children and families in our community. What started as a vision has quickly become something truly meaningful.

As we look ahead, we are excited to continue growing so we can expand access and support even more families in Owensboro.

I am incredibly grateful to Dash for believing in the potential of a “big little” town in Kentucky and trusting me to help bring this vision to life. And to our team, families, and community partners, thank you for being part of this journey. Your trust and support have made all the difference.

Let’s celebrate our Dandelion Award winner - Kim 🌼

Kim is a BCBA, a wife, and a proud dog mom to two pups. She brings warmth, energy, and a sense of fun into everything she does, even participating in friendly cake decorating competitions with her family outside of the clinic.

Nominated by our RBTs, Kim is known for her unwavering support and dedication to developing staff skills. She is always available to guide, teach, and jump in when needed, helping others grow with confidence. Most importantly, she serves as primary reinforcement for her clients, building strong, meaningful relationships that drive engagement and progress.

We are incredibly grateful for the compassion, leadership, and positivity Kim brings to Dash every day.

Kayla embodies Dash values every single day. During her sessions, she follows the child’s lead while still creating tons of meaningful learning opportunities, honoring assent, and keeping progress at the center of everything she does.

When she is training staff, she is patient, approachable, and great at breaking things down in a way that makes people feel confident and supported. She gives feedback in a way that helps others grow while still feeling encouraged.
