Diets rich in whole foods, like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats, can even help reduce the risk of depression, stabilize blood sugar, and decrease inflammation in the brain.
Taking care of your mental health starts with the small, everyday choices, and nourishing your body is one of them.
