Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Manager to oversee the daily clinical operations of our pediatric practice. This role is responsible for supervising clinical staff, maintaining efficient patient flow, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting providers in delivering high-quality care to our pediatric patients and their families.

Qualifications:

-Active RN or LPN license in the state of Kentucky preferred (or equivalent clinical certification)
-Minimum 3–5 years clinical experience, preferably in pediatrics or outpatient healthcare
-Prior supervisory or management experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of clinical operations, vaccines, and pediatric care workflows
-Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment

Our office is seeking a receptionist who is a strong team player, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Checking patients in for appointments
• Verifying demographic and insurance information
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Scheduling patient appointments

Schedule:
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Rotating Saturday schedule after completion of training

Epic experience and strong customer service skills are preferred.
