Our office is seeking a receptionist who is a strong team player, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Checking patients in for appointments
• Verifying demographic and insurance information
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Scheduling patient appointments

Schedule:
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Rotating Saturday schedule after completion of training

Epic experience and strong customer service skills are preferred.

This role includes (but isn’t limited to) telephone triage, administering injections, rooming patients, prior authorizations, and other clinical duties in a supportive, team-focused environment.

We want to take a moment to brag on our Ohio County Clinic team. In just about six months, this clinic has already been voted one of the Top 3 New Businesses in Ohio County by the community—and that’s an incredible honor.

Thank you to Ohio County for welcoming us with such open arms. Being able to care for patients closer to home is exactly why this clinic exists, and we’re so grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us.

Wednesday: 8am–12pm (ALL locations)
Thursday (Thanksgiving): CLOSED 🦃
Friday: 8am–12pm- No Walk-In, Appointment Only (Owensboro location only)
