“After doing the Dorsa Vi, I felt the results were a huge benefit to me regarding movement pertaining to certain exercises that I do daily, that I may doing correct or incorrect. This test, along with the help of professional’s advice/consultation at potential therapy, not only helps you think and do proper form but helps you prevent injury by knowing how your body naturally wants to move that you may need to correct. This was a great benefit for me because I was having some knee issues and with the Dorsa Vi we found inconsistencies in certain movements causing me to buckle the knee. 🧠 Stretching vs. Warming Up — Know the Difference! 💪

A lot of people use these terms interchangeably, but they’re not the same — and knowing the difference can help prevent injury and improve performance.

🔥 Warming Up
• Raises your heart rate
• Increases blood flow to muscles
• Prepares your body for movement
• Examples: brisk walking, light jogging, arm circles, dynamic movements

🤸 Stretching
• Improves flexibility and range of motion
• Lengthens muscles
• Best done after your workout or when muscles are warm
• Examples: hamstring stretch, quad stretch, calf stretch

👉 Quick tip:
Warm up before exercise to get your body ready.
Stretch after to help with recovery and flexibility.

🧡 Hearts Full with Gratitude 🧡

We recently received this heartfelt letter from Helping Hands Outreach Center of Gasconade County, and it truly filled our hearts.

Because of you—our patients, families, staff, and community—our food drive resulted in the donation of 120 food items (132.65 lbs) to the Helping Hands food pantry. These donations helped support families right here in Gasconade County, including the 155 households served during their Christmas operations.

Receiving this letter was a powerful reminder that generosity creates real, tangible impact. It’s proof that when a community comes together, even small acts of kindness make a big difference.
