Unfortunately, I am no longer accepting new Massage clients. So if you’ve seen me before or you have Gift Certificate the following is available.
For Pilates, it can be a beginner or somebody who’s been in before!

Currently available is at 3 pm. For a one hour massage, a 90 minute massage, or a Pilates class which is 50 minutes long.

Group Classes are
Mondays at 1:30 for 70+
Tuesday at 9 am Open Reformer
Thursdays 9 am Open Reformer
Thursday 10 am Beginner Reformer
Friday 7:30 am for 80+

All Group Classes are 50 minutes long and $25
