Now is your chance to start. 1:1 class is an intro into using the machine, learning the lingo, learning what your body is capable up.

After a 1:1 class your free to take whatever group class your interested in. Group Class schedule is pinned at the top of my page.

Starting the week of January 12th. New group classes have been added.

To attend a group class I like to do a one on one first so that you can learn the machine and the cues and we can learn what your body is capable of. Then you will be able to take whatever group class fits your schedule.

First One on One classes - $35
Group classes - $25
Private Classes- Not available at this time.

I am trying to find balance between my careers massage and pilates. So finding a one on one time might be a few weeks, with that being said, thank you for your patience.
