We had a blast from the past yesterday at our 50’s sock hop! The residents had burgers and fries! Then later they had their choice of homemade milk shakes! They loved it! We all had such a great time! ❤️

Yes, they may be a lot on the spoiled side, but we wouldn’t have it any other way! ❤️

We would like to announce that we are going to have a 50s dance!

So staff, put on your Bobbie socks baby, and roll up your ole blue jeans!
There’s a special guest playing down at the manor the night of 22nd! And he knows exactly what rock-n-roll really means! So come on down to the manor on August 22 cause we wanna bebop with you all night long!
Let’s show these residents that we know how to party like Its 1950!
Lets twist and shout a while!
There’ll be a whole lot of shaking go on! 💃🏾

We would like to take a moment to to send a special thanks to our Owen County High School Volley ball Team for coming out and spending a part of their day with our residents!
We all had an amazing time with the water balloon toss, that is until Rachelle put them all up to calling out myself and the director of nursing to be the target! 😂🤦🏻‍♀️
Thankfully Dr. Aaron took the hit for me…🤪 But I won’t forget the gesture Rachele! 😝

We celebrated Christmas in July with our residents, they made Christmas trees out of watermelon slices! They had a blast! 🎄🎅🤶
