We enjoyed a night out on the town last evening. We received a special invitation to the play "Gone Fishing". The Owen Co Arts Committee provided our residents with front row seats to the play. Everyone had a great time. The play is definitely worth attending. It will undoubtedly leave you laughing. You all are amazing. And the actors did a fantastic job.

Owenton Healthcare has experienced a remarkably eventful week. In celebration of National Popcorn Day, Lexie kindly provided popcorn to residents and staff, showcasing her exceptional decorating and serving skills. We bid farewell to our environmental director, Johnna, who has relocated to the sunshine state following the severe winter. We extend our warmest wishes to Johnna on her new adventure . Additionally, we celebrated a resident's birthday with cake and ice cream, and we are grateful to the family for inviting friends and neighbors.

👖😊 Owenton Healthcare participated in Denim for Dementia and National Oreo Day celebrations today. Our staff showed their support by wearing denim and savoring Oreo desserts. Moreover, we hosted a dementia awareness trivia session, where we learned about the five distinct types of dementia and the staggering number of approximately 55,000 diagnosed individuals. The session also provided valuable insights into other aspects of dementia.
