We are looking forward to Faith Wellings, PharmD, BCPS's CE titled "Empowering Choices: Navigating the Spectrum of Contraceptive Options to Provide Optimal Care."

Promoting the availability of pharmacy services to address the contraceptive needs of patients is essential. Once a patient need is identified, pharmacists must be able to apply medical eligibility criteria and practice recommendations and consider patient-specific factors to guide therapeutic decision-making regarding safe and effective therapies. Pharmacists and technicians must be able to recognize common and serious adverse events and risk factors, and be able to educate patients on them. This presentation is designed to address gaps in knowledge by providing updated practice recommendations and evolving research relating to contraception.
