We need to find ways to express ourselves without use of this figurative language. Be more mindful and ensure that our listeners are understanding us. Overuse of gestures
Do you use your excessively when speaking? How can you minimize this, or should you even try? Animation is important to show energy or enthusiasm. If you believe you are overusing gestures, check your ‘dancing fingers’! Hold your fingers together and you will appear more controlled and less chaotic.
