Caring Caregivers Staffing Agency Mourns the Loss of Our Longest-Serving Client

It is with deep sadness that Caring Caregivers Staffing Agency announces the passing of
Floryne “Cookie” Billitz
June 21, 1935 – December 16, 2025

Ms. Cookie, lovingly known to many as a true “Sweet Cookie,” went to the very end with grace and strength. She was always full of laughter, wisdom, and warmth. Down-to-earth and genuine, she had a special way of keeping everyone smiling while still telling it like it is. A straight shooter, as her aides would lovingly say.

Ms. Cookie touched the hearts of all who had the privilege of caring for her. She will be deeply missed by our entire Caring Caregivers family.

We extend our heartfelt prayers and strength to her children and grandchildren during this time of transition. May you find comfort in knowing that she leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and kindness—and that we have all gained a beautiful angel.

Reflecting on 2024 and Embracing 2025

Dear Team,

As we prepare to say goodbye to 2024, I encourage each of you to take these last few hours to reflect on the positives this year has brought. Consider what valuable lessons you've learned that can guide you into 2025, as well as those experiences you'd prefer to leave behind.

A personal goal of mine is to accomplish at least one major milestone each year. Sometimes, simply weathering a storm is an achievement worth celebrating.

Benjamin Franklin wisely said, “By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.” Let’s carry this mindset into the new year: motivated, encouraged, and determined to make 2025 our best year yet.
