All Gateway Health departments will be closing at 3:30pm today, Friday, February 6th.

If you are a current Kentucky SNAP benefits recipient and have been affected by the recent snow and ice storm that began on January 24, you have 10 days from the date you lost food to request a replacement.

SNAP recipients who lost food bought with SNAP benefits due to a power outage of at least four hours or longer can call the KY Department for Community Based Services (DCBS) at 855-306-8959 to request replacement benefits.

Office hours are 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., EST, Monday-Friday.

If possible, please have your case number ready.
