Remember to let go and relax during your treatment! 💚 When we have a lot on our minds, sometimes it can take a minute to decompress and clear your mind. Take a deep breath and remember that you deserve this time for yourself!

P.S. In many holistic health treatments, you're in a position to rest and digest, and a gurgling stomach simply confirms that you are truly relaxed. A noisy stomach is a normal bodily function and is nothing to be embarrassed about!

I recommend ice for sciatic pain, nerve pain, or migraines. Heat helps with general aches and pains such as tension from sitting at a desk, overuse of muscles, or waking up with a sore neck. Then again some people say a rotation of heat and ice works best! How do you use heat and ice? 🧊🔥

Yoga can be a great tool alongside massage therapy for pain relief. The deep stretching, modification for beginners, and calming properties supply a triad of benefits! I always feel better mentally and physically when I’m practicing yoga. Check out the comments below for some videos I recommend!
