I know it's been a minute since I've last posted any updates, but I want you all to know I am still gladly accepting new patients for virtual psychiatry services (medication management)!😊

This has been an amazing journey and I'm grateful for everyone who has been a part of the growth in this practice!

➡️Here at The Rural Hub my goal is to deprescribe (get you OFF medications if/when feasible and safe). If medications are needed, my focus is on prescribing as few medications as possible at the lowest effective dose to manage symptoms. My services are not meant to be forever, so when it makes sense we'll talk about transitioning care back to your primary care provider.

In addition to medication management, I provide ongoing support and encouragement, and a safe space to share your life experiences.
