Thoughts this Morning...YOU/WE ALL are not here to be Fixed, but to EVOLVE. To Evolve we must awaken in our inner Awareness.
Questions to ask yourself:
***Where inside me does (this or that) seem to sit or affect me?
***What can I do to Heal/Evolve that part of me?
***Do I have the tools?
***Do I need guidance of someone or something to help me See/Feel/Hear/Know how to navigate this Awareness or even how to come into Awareness?
*****There are infinite questions...

Today we have come into the direct alignment with the New Moon Energy. We are in the darkest phase of the moon, were the reflection of the Sun on the Moon is not seen for a few days.
What does that mean? This is a time for creating our "Intentions" we wish to cultivate for the betterment of our Lives.

***New Moons are a time to Relax, Meditate, Pray & Reflect in the darkness...what seeds can we plant to be able to cultivate our Soul's longings in this Life?
We are all born with a purpose & this gears you toward YOUR PURPOSE.

***With Intentions (our seeds that need to be planted)...we come into "Awareness"...we must have or be willing to be in Awareness or we lose the energy of our Intentions.

***Being or Allowing yourself to be in Awareness can be done with Ease or it may not be so Ease-filled.
Because once we know, we can't "NOT KNOW"...and it can be difficult for some to have these deep knowings of what needs to be done in life to Cultivate those Seeds of Intentions.

I invite you to allow the "Awareness" to be present, so you can Live You Truest & Fullness of and within YOUR LIFE ❤️

THE LIGHT OF HEALING/HEALTH/BALANCE/AWARENESS & so on...is everywhere...it's anywhere you place it or desire it to be...

***Illness comes in many forms, many type of looks, many shapes & sizes...malnutrition, toxicity, emotional, traumas, wounds, ancestral...the list is infinite

***The wisdom lies in facing it head-on, where you're at in life & honoring all that a disorder/illness/imbalance has shown you (we find that in the quiet moments of meditation/prayer or however you have your quiet moments)
Ask yourself...what can I do different? How can I make ME better than the day before? What needs to change? What does that look like? And so on...

***Many don't know where to start... How to start...
I've held classes, done sessions of Reiki & Guided Meditation with profound effects & aha moments, that helped to create balancing/awareness & that's where healing can occur, with some insite to move in a forward motion in LIFE.

***Healing is not a one size fits all...it's not a one & done...it can feel great...and I can honestly say, no person has ever said: I wish I hadn't done that healing....

***Our Life Experiences & this Beautiful Journey we call LIFE...helps us to develop into the person You were born to be...
