The Beauty of a well run organ that has many levels/layers of our existence in this life...

*Though the heart seemingly pumps the blood through the whole body...but it needs the help of other systems to function properly

*The muscles (especially our calf muscle) is a huge contributor to getting a blood flow back up to the heart.

Other things that are happening simultaneously to help in a well functioning body...

*Your fascia system need to be healthy & unrestricted to allow the movement of the muscles

*The muscles need to be able to contract in movement (exercise) to help move the lymphatic system

*The lymphatic system releases toxins into the circulatory system to be removed

*The elimination systems need to work properly to remove the toxic matter in the body otherwise they will re-circulate through the body in a even MORE TOXIC FORM...

THIS is just a portion of what Your Beautiful Body Does every second of your day/night.

Oh yeah...I started with the Heart ❤️ 💙
The Heart being so Precious to our Existence wants collaboration of all Your Other Parts...

A REMINDER THAT THIS THIS IS A YEAR OF RE-BUILDING SELF/YOUR LIFE...

*We are in a Year #1 Numerologocally (Look it up to understand how this is). This is about Re-building of Self/Your Life.

*What do you do for each crashing of the world around you happens or in each moment you are triggered?

***This is where you can Meditate/Contemplate each thing & the layers below it to show you...What's there? What can I let go of? What's the next change I can make? How can I see my own worthiness of being alive at this time? Why is my body in pain? And so on...

I implement many of these questions in many of my appointment sessions to teach Humanity how to navigate understanding themselves.

It can be through a Natural Health appointment, massage appointment, Reiki appointment or a Group setting of a class.

Are You Ready??? There is so much to gain from looking at yourself & being curious to....How would that feel or look like to Re-build & move forward in actually Living Life???
