First time teaching at a new studio since I moved!! I missed seeing my regulars faces but I am so happy to make new friends 😁 thank you to the women who took the time to chat with me after class, I look forward to seeing you all more and getting to know you better 🧡

Spent 4 weeks teaching yoga to nursing students at Sacred Heart University!! These women were such a joy and loved exploring their boundaries. they always greeted me with kindness and warmth 😊 hoping to do some more yoga with them come February when I’m back!

I have heard about interest in chair yoga 🤔 I would love to teach chair yoga & I would be happy to find a place to do it.

Those who are interested let me know! & tell your friends and family who may be 1) nervous to try yoga 2) older 3) less mobile or 4) want to workout without having to stand up!!! Chair yoga is an accessible form of exercise for every body 😊
