Mardi Gras was in full swing at Mission Oaks! Our Residents enjoyed a delicious New Orleans-style lunch featuring shrimp and grits and jambalaya, had a joyful parade complete with beads and feathers, and took in the colorful decorations provided by our culinary team!

"Love was in the Air" as Mission Oaks Residents and their families enjoyed a beautiful Valentine's meal prepared with love by our own Chef Judith and her wonderful Culinary Team. The Dining room was decorated top to bottom and set the perfect backdrop for a "lovely" feast!❤❤❤

At Mission Oaks, we pride ourselves on meeting staff needs with lightning-fast efficiency and absolutely zero judgment… even when a certain individual asks for a pen every 14 seconds.

So, to better support our pen-dependent colleague, we have implemented a revolutionary solution: a deluxe, fully-loaded Pen Survival Lanyard, featuring an impressive assortment of a dozen pens, yes, 12, because apparently one is never enough and two is simply unrealistic. LOL!

It has been a busy day here at Mission Oaks. We had the Dynamic Dogs of the The Villages stop in. They walked right into our entrance and asked for a picture in front of our arts display.

Judith, our dining director, has done a wonderful job getting the display set up. This is a recent display of our residents art work that they have been working long hours on! Can you tell Judith has some experience in the decorating department?! We can! We appreciate all of her decorating experience.
