Good morning, everyone! We want to let you know that there is a significant amount of ice on the sidewalk in front of our building. We've reached out to the building owners to address this, but we're unsure when it will be resolved. For your safety, we encourage you to consider switching to a virtual visit today. If you choose to come in, please proceed with caution and take your time. If you have other needs to visit the clinic, we recommend holding off until another day this week or at least later in the day today. Your safety is our top priority! Our physical office will be open on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. However, please note that unscheduled services will be limited due to icy weather conditions. If you're planning to visit without an appointment, we kindly ask you to send us a text through the EMR or call our main number before coming by. Additionally, if you have an in-clinic appointment and prefer a virtual visit instead, please reach out to us via EMR text. Thank you for your understanding!

🌟 Holiday Notice 🌟

Dear patients and community,

Our physical office will be closed from December 19th until January 5th. Please note that this closure does not impact any previously scheduled appointments with our virtual providers.

During this time, there will be no in-clinic staff available to respond to communications. We will resume regular hours and be back to assist you on January 5th at 8 AM.
