Warm weather is coming… time to get outside and WALK! 🚶‍♀️

One of the simplest ways to help your body lose weight is by creating a calorie deficit. If your nutrition is on point and you add daily walking, the weight can start coming off consistently.

Here’s a simple breakdown:

🔥 1 pound of fat = about 3,500 calories

If you want to lose 1 pound per week, that means burning about 500 calories per day.

Walking can help you get there!

👟 Step guide:
• 8,000 steps ≈ 250 calories burned
• 10,000 steps ≈ 300–350 calories burned
