We enjoyed a nice, simple afternoon creating February wall art and wreaths. 🩷

Residents were incredibly involved and excited as they designed their pieces, shared ideas, and helped one another along the way. It was wonderful to see so much creativity and joy throughout the room!

We had a blast celebrating National LEGO Day last week! Each resident chose their favorite animal in LEGO form and followed step-by-step instructions to bring their creations to life. The focus, creativity, and excitement were wonderful to see as every masterpiece came together.

By the end of the activity, we proudly admired our very own “HearthStone Zoo”—a colorful variety of animals built with teamwork and lots of smiles. It was a fun-filled day that everyone truly enjoyed! 🐘🦒🐶

We had a truly special and peaceful morning at HearthStone at Wildwood thanks to a very talented guest entertainer. One of our residents’ family members graciously visited to share the relaxing magic of harp music, and it was an absolute treat.

The gentle melodies filled the room, creating a soothing atmosphere that everyone enjoyed. We are so grateful for family members who share their gifts with us and help make moments like these so meaningful. It was a wonderful way to start the day. 💛

Yesterday, we spent the day working on our resident cookbooks, just like we do every Sunday, complete with February word searches and a very tasty jam tasting!

We’re getting close to completing our cookbook and still have a few recipes to fill! If you or someone you love has a famous family recipe you’d like to share, we would absolutely love the help. Thank you for being part of something so special with us. 💛

Resident Spotlight: Hanaloria 🌟

Hanaloria adds warmth and perspective to life at HearthStone at Wildwood. Originally from Germany, she studied in Frankfurt during WWII, where she met her husband, an American finance director for GE. Together, they shared over 20 years of marriage and raised two children.

A well-traveled spirit, Hanaloria especially loves Italy. She enjoys fresh fruit, baked treats, classical music, dancing, playing cards, and good conversation. We’re grateful to have her stories, curiosity, and joy as part of our community.

What a fun afternoon with Amy Santos at HearthStone at Wildwood! 🎶 The room was full of music, dancing, laughter, and even a few air guitars. Great energy, lots of smiles, and a performance everyone enjoyed. We can’t wait to have her back!

We celebrated National Houseplant Day the HearthStone at Wildwood way by spreading a little plant love around the community! 🌱 Residents helped make the planters, then delivered them to neighbors as cheerful new “window buddies.” A simple project, lots of smiles, and great connections all around.
