We’re a day late… but never short on appreciation 💚

Yesterday was Administrative Professionals Day, and while we were busy celebrating Logan’s birthday (priorities, right? 🎉), we couldn’t let it pass without giving a HUGE shoutout to the incredible team that keeps The Vine running smoothly behind the scenes.

From answering phones and juggling schedules to helping patients feel right at home the moment they walk in — you are the heartbeat of this place. We truly couldn’t do what we do without you.

Thank you for your hard work, your patience, and the way you show up every single day for our patients and each other.

We see you. We appreciate you. And we’re so grateful for you 💫

And today’s extra special… it’s Logan’s 17th birthday! 🎉

If you’ve been around the office, chances are you’ve seen Logan popping in right when we need her most. She’s our part-time jack-of-all-trades — answering phones one minute, helping with therapy the next, and somehow still finding that one file nobody else can track down. Basically… she keeps us on our toes (and on schedule 😉).

Meet Haley 👋

You may not see her at the front desk as much these days… but trust us, Haley is still very much the spine of The Vine 💻✨

Since 2022, she’s been part of our chiropractic family—lately she’s working her magic behind the scenes, handling insurance billing and all things finances.

Basically, if it involves numbers, paperwork, or making sense of the not-so-fun stuff… Haley’s your girl 🙌

She’s also a full-time mom of four—Elijah, Waylon, Ella, and Sadie—so juggling chaos with grace is kind of her specialty 😅

When she’s off the clock, you’ll probably find her reading a good book or listening to a true crime podcast… which honestly explains why nothing slips past her 👀

What we love most about Haley is her heart for people. Even though she’s not always the first face you see, she’s working hard to make sure your experience here is smooth, stress-free, and taken care of from start to finish.

So next time everything runs seamlessly… just know Haley had something to do with it 😉

🏖 Dream getaway? Anywhere with sand, sunshine, and zero responsibilities.
