Today we celebrate our incredible Academic Coach!
Dynamic, brilliant, and endlessly engaging, she brings passion, creativity, and joy into every interaction. She leads with love, inspires with wisdom, and meets each child exactly where they are while helping them grow into who they are meant to be. Her impact reaches far beyond academics - she builds confidence, nurtures relationships, and creates a safe and encouraging space for both our children and staff. The energy, compassion, and dedication she pours into our TEAM family does not go unnoticed.
Our kids are thriving because of her. Our staff is encouraged because of her. And we are all so incredibly blessed to have her as part of our TEAM.

If you’ve ever met Ms. Madeline, you already know—she is the PERFECT mix of calm, knowledge, and “I’ve got you.” She meets every child right where they are and somehow makes hard things feel easy! Her patience, creativity, and ability to connect with kids is just unmatched.

She’s the queen of turning everyday moments into big wins and helping our kiddos build confidence one session at a time.

And let’s be honest… if you hear her say, “it’s illegal”—you already know something funny just went down and she is trying to say “no” without saying no! 🤣🤣🤣

Ms. Kayla = the heartbeat of our outpatient clinic đź’›

Ms. Kayla has been practicing in the field of Occupational Therapy as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for 28 years. She’s been apart of TEAM for 12 years. Working with kids of all ages and their families is a true love of her hers. She is our lead outpatient therapist who keeps everything flowing, loves our babies BIG, and somehow makes magic happen in every session!

She leads with knowledge, patience, and the kind of heart you just can’t teach… and if you’ve ever been around her, you’ve definitely heard her say “you’re fine” at least 10 times a session!

It’s her calm, steady way of reminding our kids (and honestly us too) that they can do hard things.

Our families trust her, our team leans on her, and our kids absolutely adore her! We are so lucky she’s ours! Autumn Bobo

With 25+ years as a pediatric OT, her knowledge runs deep… but what truly sets her apart is her grit and her refusal to ever stop learning. She shows up every single day ready to grow, study, and push herself so she can give our families and community the absolute BEST!

She doesn’t settle. She doesn’t stop. She is constantly seeking more—more understanding, more growth, more ways to serve children and families better. And that kind of dedication is rare.

Her passion, leadership, and brilliance are unmatched—but it’s her heart for people that makes the biggest impact. Because of her, so many children and families feel supported, empowered, and truly seen.
