This year, let’s do more than set goals. As we step into a new year, this is an invitation to do more than set goals or chase outcomes. Sankalpa asks us to orient inward to ground our actions, choices, and energy in what matters most.
In yogic philosophy, Sankalpa is a Sanskrit concept referring to a deep, heartfelt intention or inner resolve that aligns with one’s highest truth and life purpose. Rather than focusing on what you want to accomplish, sankalpa guides how you choose to be.
Instead of asking, “What do I want to achieve this year?”
Sankalpa asks, “What truth do I want to live from?”
Write one sentence that describes how you want to be, not what you want to achieve 💭
