This is just a friendly reminder that we will be closed all next week (June 29th- July 3rd) Please make sure you get your refill requests in as soon as possible. If you are needing to be seen we have openings this week and are able to work you in if necessary.

We at White Oak Family Medicine are happy to announce that we will be doing our final transition to our new phone system tomorrow. We are very excited to be able to serve you better with a faster, more reliable internet and better quality phone calls.
That being said...Please be patient with us as we are transitioning over and learning how to operate new equipment. If you have any medications needing to be filled, we ask that you contact your pharmacy to fax us a refill request. As most of you know we try our very best to do most of our refills same day.

Keep in mind that Friday begins our Easter holiday so no one will be in the office April 10th through April 17th.

Attention all patients:

Dr. Richardson will be leaving the clinic early on Friday to attend an out of town funeral. If you have any refill requests that need to be filled before the weekend, please call or come by the office by the end of the day tomorrow to ensure that your medicine gets called in prior to the office closing Friday.
