I'd heard of programs like Insanity, P90X, 21 Day Fix, and such. But not only did I question my ability to do them, but I questioned what they'd really do for me. Almost 3 months later, I'm so thankful I listened to my friend, joined a challenge group, and tried something new. Not only am I spending LESS time each day exercising (which means I have more time elsewhere!), I am feeling stronger and seeing MORE results than ever before. I love coaching and cheering on others because I know what it's meant to me. So if you need someone else to tell you... YES YOU CAN, LOVE. You can do this. You might have to rest. You might have to modify something when you start. But if I can do it, you can, too. Let go of doubts.
