We can’t let the month end without giving a special recognition to our breast cancer survivor. Sarah is a two time breast cancer survivor! In 2014, she felt a lump in her right breast. She had a mammogram and then a biopsy and was diagnosed with Ductal Carcinoma in Siri. She had a double mastectomy with reconstruction. She continued to do self breast exams, and unfortunately in 2016 she felt a lump in the same breast. Her doctors recommended treatment. She was then diagnosed with Stage 1 Breast cancer. She is triple positive, HER2 Positive. She had a total of 17 treatments of chemotherapy and 33 rounds of radiation. She is now 6 years out from her second diagnosis and we are so happy to have her working for us. She continues to see her oncologist every 6 months. She would like to remind you to get your mammogram!!

Courtney Pruitt, NP-C is now offering viscosupplementation injections covered by most insurances up to 6 times per year. She is also offering a walk-in clinic on Mondays from 2:00-4:30pm for management of chronic conditions such as osteoarthritis and low back pain. She accepts Medicare, BCBS, and Cigna. Dr. Field along with Dr. Charles Hill and the athletic trainers from NWCC were on the sidelines for the Rangers first home game!! The Rangers had a big win over the Gulf Coast Bulldogs last night! The score was 28-24!! Way to go! Ranger Up!!🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈
