Congratulations to Baptist North Mississippi’s graduates of the inaugural Oxford Nurse Leader Intensive (ONLI) program: Linsey Michael, Ashley Reed, Sheri Patterson, Traci Nowlin, Kelly Jo Ashley, and Breanna Thomas.

Oxford Nurse Leader Intensive (ONLI) is a seven-month leadership development initiative led by CNO Mark Ottens and designed for new and emerging nurse leaders at Baptist North MS. The program aims to strengthen foundational leadership skills while preparing participants for future or expanded nursing leadership roles. The program covers leadership styles, HR topics, finance and budgeting, change management, and strategic thinking. The participants also complete a capstone project that applies newly learned leadership principles to real-world organizational needs.
