Fun Friday Fact: Jessica shares some personal ways she has focused on gratitude this season.

✨One family tradition in the Levy house is to build a Thankful Tree! Her daughter crafted the tree this year and each member takes a leaf and writes what they are thankful for! 🍁

✨ Another resource Jessica likes is the ‘Gratitude Plus’ app. This journal app allows you to connect with others and share moments of gratitude. Jessica has connected with friends from college on the app as a way to stay in touch and involved with each other. 📱

Thanks for sharing, Jessica! We love these ideas. If you have ways you practice gratitude, drop it in the comments below! ⬇️

Journaling is a great tool to help your mind slow down, make sense of your feelings, and release things you’ve held on to. It’s not just a “Dear Diary” moment. It’s a process that can help your brain process, change & re-wire. 🧠

Here are our top reads you should Journal:

1. It takes the thoughts out of your head and puts them somewhere else.

2. Helps regulate emotions.

3. Helps you explore & understand yourself better.

4. Creates a record of growth.

5. Helps with goal setting.

The results are less mental clutter, more emotional awareness, better focus, more confidence and resilience and fewer emotional storms.
