Gathright-Reed, a leading DME company that specializes in diabetic testing supplies, along with other medical supplies, is looking for Customer Service Representatives. Customer Service Representative is responsible for efficiently and accurately handling incoming and outgoing calls assisting patients in taking and processing orders for medical supplies, as well as, communication with doctor's offices and clinics for medical documentation. The position will require working Monday - Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
Computer experience a must
Good organizational, time
management and
customer service skills
Customer Service experience preferred,
but will train
Must be able to multi-task and handle
high order volume
