Dr. Wood has been using the PowerPlate in practice since 2014 and has never found any other technology to match its capabilities. When our corrective care patients come in for their appointment they have a PowerPlate routine they need to complete prior to getting adjusted or doing any other therapies.

Originally from Jackson MS, Kristen brings a unique blend of skills and a heart for service to our clinic, with an impressive background in military service (Air Force), holistic wellness, and patient support that truly sets her apart.
When she’s not helping our patients feel their best, you’ll likely find her gardening with her pup Milo, enjoying her favorite music, or soaking up sunshine. ☀️🐶🎶🧘‍♀️ Kristen recently completed her yoga teacher training deepening her commitment to mind-body wellness and offering private sessions that help individuals find balance and healing. Kristen’s dedication to holistic health, combined with the discipline and empathy she cultivated in the military, aligns perfectly with our mission to provide compassionate, comprehensive care.
