Chiropractic & Holistic Health RECURVE Health Center got its name from the highly revered recurve bow. RECURVE your thinking.

A proper recurve bow is made by applying pressure to very specific places in the wood producing strong curves on either end of the bow. The resulting structure and alignment allow the energy and speed of the arrow to be unmatched.

Our human frame is similar in concept. There is an ideal resting position our body should be in and due to the stressors of life, our structure is left compromised. This can lead to limitations in ability, chronic pain, and even organ dysfunction.

Utilizing unique chiropractic, nutritional, and exercise methods we can reshape your body both inside and out. Our mission at RECURVE is to introduce our community to new and exciting ways to heal and thrive. We hope to ignite a change in thinking about the needs of the human body.

Dr. Wood has been a chiropractor for over 10 years and has been practicing in Oxford for 7. She uses a combination of traditional chiropractic care and advanced methods aimed at remodeling the spine to enhance structural integrity and correct posture. Addressing these spinal issues is something Dr. Wood is incredibly passionate about and is a crucial aspect to care for our bodies that is often overlooked, ignored, and misunderstood.
