For my anxious and depression-prone friends -

We have the power to shape our own narratives, and by being intentional, we can overcome negative thoughts and cultivate a more positive mindset.

Consider the example of shark attacks.

While the risk is extremely low, many people let fear hold them back from experiencing the ocean.

By focusing on the good and being mindful of our thoughts, we can overcome fear and unlock new opportunities.

April is Alcohol Awareness Month—a reminder that college isn’t all about partying. Movies and social media might make it seem like drinking is the norm, but the truth? Plenty of students choose not to drink or drink in moderation. Many local bars & restaurants now feature a mocktail menu!
