We are Oxford's only Direct Primary Care Practice, providing affordable, comprehensive, personalized healthcare.

Our membership based practice has an in-house lab and pharmacy, providing medical testing and prescriptions at a fraction of the typical cost. We are Oxford’s first Direct Primary Care practice. We offer a style of family medicine that is immediate, thorough, comprehensive, specific, easily affordable, and personal. Direct Primary Care, or DPC, is a model of healthcare that puts patients first by getting rid of the red tape by which most other traditional practices are restricted.

Dr. Hoke spoke about the philosophy of care in DPC and how it focuses on restoring the doctor-patient relationship, providing care that is more affordable, accessible & personalized. Several doctors in the audience, energized by the day’s presentations, said they are now seriously considering making the transition from a standard, insurance based practice to Direct Primary Care!

🦷Did you know there's a strong correlation between poor oral hygiene & cardiovascular disease? One way to check your bodily inflammation & cardiovscular risk is through a simple blood test: High-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP).

It's a scan of your heart that detects varying degrees of calcium build up - that's what clogs your arteries & leads to heart attacks.
