TriHealth is pleased to announce an agreement has been reached with UnitedHealthcare that ensures TriHealth hospitals, outpatient centers, and physicians remain in-network for the tens of thousands of patients TriHealth serves through UnitedHealthcare employer-sponsored, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid health plans - TriHealth.com/uhc

The new agreement means care will continue uninterrupted for UnitedHealthcare Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid patients. TriHealth patients with UnitedHealthcare coverage can continue to schedule appointments as usual.

What this means for you: You can schedule appointments and proceed with planned care as usual, including procedures and follow ups. If you have questions about your plan’s benefits, please call the number on your UnitedHealthcare card; for care related questions, our TriHealth team is here to help.

Our partnership with United Healthcare is scheduled to expire on 12/31/25. In the event that a new agreement is not reached, we will no longer participate in their network. What can you do? Dial the number on the back of your card and request that UHC initiate negotiations with Trihealth. See link below.

TriHealth’s contract with UnitedHealthcare is set to expire and although negotiations are in place, TriHealth's existing relationship with UnitedHealthcare falls short of what it takes for us to deliver better care, better health, and better value for our community.
