Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth front office experience by greeting patients, coordinating appointments, and verifying insurance information with accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1–2 years of prior experience in medical front desk and insurance verification (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR systems preferred)

Have you or someone you know been helped by a nerve block or ablation?

A new Medicare rule (called an LCD) could take away insurance coverage for many of these treatments. This includes knee nerve blocks, shoulder injections, migraine and facial pain shots, pelvic pain procedures, and neck or arm pain blocks. These treatments may no longer be covered if the rule is approved.

This change could limit the care you and your doctor feel is best for you. It may also lead to more people needing opioids or paying more money out-of-pocket. Some patients might even have to choose surgery they don’t want.

Now is the time to speak up.
