Doing aerobic exercises (or cardio) is one of the best things you can do for your health. It helps in reducing fat, increasing cardiorespiratory health, and reducing negative mood.
The American Heart Association physical activity guidelines recommend at least 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes per week of vigorous aerobic activity, or a combination of both, preferably spread throughout the week.
