This the level of support I’m looking for all 2022 😭😭😭

Soooo I had a BOMB IG live on Monday but the replay hasn’t been working 🥴🥴 It plays on a laptop but the syncing of audio/video is just 😵‍💫 Initially I was about to be black and white, delete the video, and consider 2022 as a loss 😖 Instead I am going to re-record and push forward with my Set the Tone series for January…Tip #1 was Don’t Be Afraid to Pivot 📣📣 My baby girl gave me some extra motivation while watching the replay. I guess mama is doing something right 💕💕

It’s National Coffee Day ☕️
I savor that first sip moment each morning and I also know that coffee and anxiety are not the best of friends 😩

Caffeine stimulates the “fight or flight” response and can produce or exacerbate symptoms of anxiety. One cup too many will makes you jittery, sweaty, or send your heart racing. If you struggle with wanting your coffee and keeping anxiety at bay consider decaf (still has some caffeine) or only a small cup very early. Sip slow and pay attention to what’s right for your body 🧘🏾‍♀️What is your go to coffee?!

Here is a picture of me being a (shout out to )! My home office got some extra foot traffic and damage as I juggled appointments and supervision.

When we reached the 1 year anniversary of COVID I realized I had already been in the house an extra 6 months of maternity leave 🥴 I recently spoke to students about the ways in which the pandemic has impacted women. Be it our income, ambition, childcare responsibilities and even guilt 🥵 I encourage each of you to put down the “shoulds” and realize it’s BOTH. I this extra time and I also would love a complete hour of silence. As we continue to navigate transitions let’s embrace both flexibility and frustration 🌈💫
