Mrs. Philippines Home for Senior Citizens, Inc. The Mrs. Philippines Home is an independent living apartment for the elderly and disabled.

On August 13, 1983, the Zambaleneos of the Metropolitan Washington, DC, Inc. dreamed of building an independent living apartment for the elderly and persons with disabilities. Mrs Philippines Home for Senior Citizens opened on May 1991 and since then has been fully occupied. As a momument to love and charity, Mrs Philippines symbolizes the character, strength and committment of the community.

[ADVISORY] FALSE INFORMATION ON DUAL CITIZENSHIP AND GREEN CARD TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS

The Philippine Embassy in Washington DC is aware of false information circulating on social media platforms that is causing concern among the Filipino community in the United States.

The U.S. government has made no policy changes regarding dual citizenship or lawful permanent resident travel rights.

We urge the Filipino community to verify information through official government sources, avoid sharing unverified content, and report false information to the platform where it is published.

Please do not make legal decisions, such as renouncing your Philippine citizenship, based on social media content. Renunciation of Philippine citizenship is a serious, irreversible legal action.

[ADVISORY] PRE-VOTING ENROLLMENT ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE AT CARIBBEAN CONSULAR OUTREACH

The Philippine Embassy will provide pre-voting enrollment assistance to registered overseas voters during its upcoming consular outreach missions in the Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Jamaica, and Trinidad and Tobago.

Registered overseas voters are encouraged to complete their pre-voting enrollment as soon as possible using their mobile device to avoid any last-minute issues and ensure smooth participation in the elections.

Those who require guidance or encounter difficulties with the process may proceed to the consular outreach for assistance.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
1. This outreach is NOT for onsite voting. Registered overseas voters in the Caribbean will cast their votes online. No physical ballots will be mailed.

2. Only registered overseas voters can enroll. If you are not registered, you will not be able to enroll or vote in this election.

3. If you need assistance with pre-voting enrollment, you must bring your own device and a valid ID at the outreach.
No appointment is necessary. Assistance will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis during the outreach.

4. Other consular services, such as passport and dual citizenship, require an appointment.

5. The Embassy will offer guidance on pre-enrollment issues but will not conduct actual voting during the outreach. Voters must complete their ballots online within the official voting period.

[SCHEDULE] PH EMBASSY OPENS FOR WOMEN’S DUAL CITIZENSHIP SERVICES ON MARCH 15 IN CELEBRATION OF WOMEN’S MONTH

In celebration of National Women’s Month, the Philippine Embassy is pleased to announce a special Saturday opening on 15 March 2025, dedicated exclusively to women who wish to reacquire their Philippine citizenship and become dual citizens.

This opportunity allows women to access services on a Saturday, making it easier for those with busy schedules to apply for dual citizenship. They will also have the option to apply for a Philippine passport and report their marriage and/or their child's birth after the oath-taking ceremony.
