Join us this coming Thursday 3/21/2019 at 7PM EST for our first Nationwide Virtual Reality MeetUp. We will be leveraging the Engage platform (developed by Immersive VR Education) to host a demonstration and networking event for VR Professionals, Educators, and Enthusiasts. This will be held completely in Virtual Reality using the Rift, Vive, or MS-MR headset. Contact me for instructions and log-in credentials.

Anne Arundel Medical Center's Martin Luther King Jr celebration was a spectacular experience. I am grateful to have been able to provide the I AM A MAN VR experience created by Professor Derek Ham of North Carolina State University. I am also grateful to Nia Wright for adding this VR experience to such an amazing program!
The “I Am A Man” VR Experience is an interactive virtual reality experience set to the historic events of the African- American Civil Rights Movement. Viewers witness the 1968 Memphis Sanitation Worker’s Strike and the events leading to the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. using the Oculus Rift VR headset.
We also provided a custom created VR tour of the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial in DC created by VR Redux. #

Virtual Reality enables anyone to be present at any time regardless of location. I was happy to live stream a Quinceanera in VR last month. We created an augmented VR tour, live streamed in 360 through facebook, and deployed ultra HD virtual reality media to remote head mounted displays. Guests thousands of miles were able to attend. We were humbled to witness the amazing innovation from the young scholars and staff at Imagine Lincoln Public Charter School in Temple Hills, MD. I’d like to personally thank Principal Eric Roberts for this opportunity. The scholars created virtual reality media via a 360 camera, next they mapped the constellations in augmented reality, afterwards they walked on the moon with Neil Armstrong, and voyaged on a VR tour. Lastly, they used the Unity3D engine and C # coding to create and manipulate a physics environment. They manipulated vectors, modified gravitational forces, added mass to objects, and controlled the amount of force on each object! I'm grateful to have such an amazing organization in my community!
