I have an announcement💖✨️

Recently I have been called to level up, to provide healing on a level I have not understood.

I was presented an opportunity to learn from the amazing Tammy Barton at Illuminating the Soul in Liberty, Missouri last weekend.

It was life changing.

I am proud to announce I am now a Level 2 Shamanic Reiki Practitioner! 🫶

While I am not ready to add this to my service list yet, I felt like it needed to be announced so that those who need to hear it, will.

Hello friends!

I have been reflecting on this new year and will be making some changes. My Thursdays have been spent at Inspire Chiropractor with Dr. Jackie and her amazing staff in Ozark meeting wonderful people and working in a healing and beautiful space. Although it has been a difficult decision I will be moving to my office at the Springfield Massage Collective on Thursdays starting on January 29th.

I will keep my hours the same to make the transition easier for those that have been so kind to trust me with their care.

I am grateful for all my clients that have allowed me to do every day what I truly love and am also grateful for the time spent with everybody at Inspire. The time there has been a gift.

Hello friends!
This time of the year is all about rest and reset, and getting cozy on the table is the perfect way to do that. Massage is an amazing tool to calm the nervous system and allow us to take a minute to be present in our body, even if just for a moment.
This time of the year can be hectic and beautiful but let's not forget to take a little time for ourselves.
