What to expect when you arrive at Inspire Chiropractic

Your visit starts with a warm welcome and a chance to settle in. We will show you around the office and offer coffee, tea, or water before getting started.

Your doctor will greet you personally and take time to understand what brings you in, your health history, and your goals. We will explain how we approach care, what makes us different, and what to expect during the visit.

From there, we move into a movement based assessment to better understand how your body is functioning. Care may include an adjustment, soft tissue work, and/or muscle testing depending on what your body needs that day.

Before you leave, you will have clear guidance and simple homework so you can actively participate in your care between visits.

Our goal is for you to feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
